
Lt. Frank R. Anastasio (USA Ret.), MSc, MBA is an Associate at Cushman & Wakefield, working alongside an integrated Advisory Team that includes Alan Kleber, MCR, Vice Chairman; John T. Marshall, Executive Managing Director; Ryan Nunes, Executive Managing Director; Emily Ehrlich, Transaction Manager; and Alex Phung, Senior Brokerage Specialist.
Before joining Cushman & Wakefield, Frank served as an Officer in the United States Army, where he honed his leadership, strategic planning, and high-pressure decision-making skills. He commissioned through the Officer Candidate School, serving as class President, and was selected to train at The Royal Military Academy Sandhurst as part of a diplomatic mission to strengthen relations between the United States Army and the British Army. As an Armor Officer, Frank was trained to be a Tank Platoon Leader, gaining unique experience in diplomacy and a disciplined, no-quit approach to tackling complex challenges.
Frank leverages his leadership and military experience to assist his team and clients in executing a disciplined real estate evaluation and execution process, ensuring fully informed and objective decision-making by client leadership teams.
Frank holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Monmouth University, where he played football and graduated Magna Cum Laude. He also earned a Master of Science in Banking and Finance from the University of St. Andrews in Scotland and an MBA in Commercial Real Estate from the University of Miami, all funded by the GI Bill following his military service. During his MBA, Frank participated in the prestigious Veterans Transition Assistance Program (VTAP) at Guggenheim, working on their Fixed Income Sales & Trading desk in New York.
In his free time, Frank enjoys golf, yoga, meditation, and reading.
